If you pay for my services it is assumed you read and agree to the following terms, and you are expected to have read my Terms of Service before applying for a commission.

I will have up to a 3 month time period to complete illustration based commissions, where if not completed within that time frame you may request a full refund. Each instance of the following is situational and life circumstances that I can clearly and tangibly prove are taking place may extend this time period.

Depictions of hate against a marginalized group.

Content that attacks another individual for malicious/non fair use/critique purposes.

CP/anything even slightly questionable with a child.

Political-centric work that involves discrimination or hate towards any group.

Content involving Scat, Urine, Sexual Assault/Etc, Please contact me if you are unsure on a topic.

Payment will be made up front and in full before I start work on the commission. I will not accept half and half.

10% of total art cost is non-refundable once paid as to cover initial planning time and to prevent time wasters.

Major edits after the sketch is approved will result in additional charges, and a full refund is not available after that point if you are unhappy with the product as you had approved me to go forward. You are responsible for pointing things out during the process and I am not responsible for missed details or issues that are not communicated.

A full refund after the product is complete/near complete is not allowed under any circumstance, regardless of your feelings towards the piece, as explained above.

All prices will be in USD through PayPal/Kofi, exceptions apply based on the situation.

Customs are meant to allow me creative freedom and a request for me to put together a design with a number of references and picrews/etc that I have to explicitly follow does not qualify for customs.

A level of artistic freedom is expected to be respected involving custom designs, scene composition and other aspects of art theory when I work. I have the right to contest suggestions that will negatively affect the final result if they fall under the criteria of art theory, composition, lighting and design aspects of a scene. Example: an extremely out of place item/accessory on a design I am making in an extremely composition breaking color. A n existing character with such an element is something that I will not alter unless asked. Alternatively: If I am certain that it will cause the illustration to lower in quality considerably, I am allowed to protect my dignity as an artist. You are paying me for my skill and experience, not to assemble an existing product.

Artist Rights: I retain the full copyright to the image(s) created unless otherwise specified in a signed contract. I retain the right to post images digitally and hold all reproduction rights. I may use images in my own publications offline; for example: sell prints of any images I create.

Client Rights: You have the right to distribute the artwork I produce for you in digital form for non-profit personal use only unless directed otherwise in our correspondence. You are not allowed to use it for commercial purposes (ex: logos, layouts, print sales, stickers, generally anything you can sell). If you wish to use my artwork for commercial reasons, you will need to purchase the rights from me for an additional fee. If you wish to purchase these rights feel free to contact me and we can work out a price.

Note: If you contact me for a professional project (Film, Advertisement, Book Illustrations, etc) including full use rights to my artwork please keep in mind I charge professional prices for those jobs.
